Payment Options
Payment is accepted in the following forms and is due at the time of your appointment.
Cash

Cheque
Please make cheques payable to Bond Osteopathy Clinic.
Email Transfer
Email transfers can be sent to lyne@bondosteopathy. Please include your name and email in the notes.
Insurance Coverage
Osteopathic manual therapy is covered by many extended health insurance plans. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by provider and policy. Receipts are provided so you can submit claims directly to your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, at least 48 business hours notice is required. This notice does not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 business hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full cost of the session.
